Do you want to make a return?

Having second thoughts or issues about your order? BY HIS VISION will be glad to offer an exchange with a similarly priced product (product must be in stock, as indicated on our website). We will be pleased to assist you in the process!

Is my order eligible for a return? 

Any order can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must meet the following criteria:

• Must not have been washed or worn

• Must be as purchased, in excellent condition (please contact info@byhisvision.com within 48h of delivery if the item is faulty)

• Must not be an item purchased on sale, on a promotion, or during a pop up event

Please note that BY HIS VISION reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.

How to make a return?

If you have set your mind on making a return, please send us an email at info@byhisvision.com. We will be glad to assist you in the process and answer all your questions! Please note that a return may take up to two weeks to be processed.

Is my order eligible for a refund?

If you do not want to exchange your order with a similarly priced product(s), we offer the option to request a refund. However, please note that refunds can only be done within 24 hours after a successful payment. The item(s) must meet the following criteria:

• The order must be pending

• The order must not have been processed already

• The order must not have been shipped already

Please note that BY HIS VISION reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet these criteria.
